Location houses administrative offices, meeting room, pool table and ping pong table.

Facility is available for birthdays, receptions, family reunions, etc. for a nominal fee listed below.

Rental Time—1-4 Hours

In-City Resident:           $100.00 Rental Fee

$50.00 breakage-cleaning deposit*            Total=$150.00

Non-City Resident:       $125.00 Rental Fee 

$50.00 breakage-cleaning  deposit*            Total=$175.00

 Rental Time—4 ½ - 6 Hours

In-City Resident:           $125.00 Rental Fee 

$50.00 breakage-cleaning deposit*            Total=$175.00

Non-City Resident:       $150.00 Rental Fee

 Rental Time—6 ½ -8 Hours

 Cancellation Policy

4 Weeks or more prior to Rental Date:        Fee and Deposit Refunded

2 to 4 Weeks prior to Rental Date:              Fee Refunded Only

2 Weeks or less prior to Rental Date:         No Refund

Rental Times must include

setup and clean up time.

A 2-week notice is required.

Available Rental Hours:

Fridays  5:00-11:00pm

Saturdays  4:00-11:00pm

Sundays  1:00-8:00pm
